Every watch comes with a minimum 1 Year Warranty and the warranty card is present with every watch inside the watch box. To avail the warranty you can simply email us at support@thewatchshop.in or Whatsapp us at +91 9811799622 and we will have the watch picked up from your doorstep, have it serviced and then returned back to you without any additional charges.

All watches are 3ATM water resistant and you can safely use them while washing hands and if it's raining outside, but you should not use it while swimming, bathing or showering.

We strive to dispatch all orders either by the same day or by Next Business Day. If you are living in a major metro or a mini metro, then you will get your order normally within 2-4 working days. If you are living in any other city then you will normally get it within 4-6 working days.

If you place your order before 1PM and your address is either of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata, then we would ship your order the same day through Bluedart Express Shipping, so that you can get your order delivered by the Next Day. This service is dependent on our courier partner and applicable only on Prepaid orders.

We offer a 5 Days No Questions asked Return policy. If you would like to return the watch for any reason, then you can do so by informing us within 5 days of receiving your order by simply emailing us at support@thewatchshop.in or Whatsapp +91 9811799622 and we will have it picked up from your address. The watch returned should be in its original condition, unworn, unused and with all its tags still attached to get a full refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item. For Cash on Delivery orders our operations team will reach out to you and take your bank details/UPI, and the refund will be processed. For Prepaid orders, refund will be processed back to the original payment method used in making the payment.
